A message dated June 4, 2008, was received stating the Governor read                                                            
the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                         
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 14(RLS)                                                                                  
     Urging the United States Congress to enact H.R. 2419, sec. 12801,                                                          
     so that individuals receiving a damage award from the Exxon                                                                
     Valdez oil spill can benefit from the income averaging and
